Christmas 2008 Three Night Package

£285.00 per person inclusive of VAT

Christmas Eve – 24th December

Arrival can be from 2.00 pm onwards. Cream tea will be served between 4.00 and 6.00 pm . Pre-dinner Champagne Cocktails will be served around the Christmas Tree at 7.00 pm followed by a Candle-lit Dinner and Dance FROM 7.30 pm.

Christmas Day – 25th December

Breakfast will be served from 8.30 am until 9.30 am . Sherry is served around the Christmas Tree between 11.30 am and 11.45 am . A Traditional Christmas Carvery Luncheon will be served between 12 noon and 2.00 pm. Dinner this evening will be buffet style and will be served at 7.30 pm.

Boxing Day – 26th December

Breakfast will be served from 8.30 am until 9.30 am . Luncheon will be buffet style and served between 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm . A Candle-lit Dinner and Dance will be served from 7.30 pm.

27th December

Enjoy a full Northumbrian Breakfast served from 8.30 am until 10.30 am before your departure. We request that rooms be vacated by 11.00 am.

Booking Conditions

A 25% deposit must be received within seven days of the booking.

Children 10 years old and over = full price. Children under 10 years old = half price.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.

If cancelled between: 1st – 30th November = 25% refund

1st – 31st December = No refund

Refunds cannot be made should any part of this programme be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.
